How will Ontario County fix its tax bill mistake? The corrected bills will be sent out to city residents as soon as possible, and the full tax amount will now be due on Jan. 31, 2025.

Despite the error, the city says no partial payments will be accepted and the full amount is due by January 31, 2025. A corrected bill will be mailed as soon as possible.
