The expansion will see Birmingham, Ipswich, Sutton, Clydebank, and High Wycombe join the Omniplex Cinema Group, with each location set to open in early December 2023 and more to be announced in 2024.

Omniplex acquired five sites (Birmingham, Clydebank, High Wycombe, Ipswich and Sutton) from the Empire administrator in December 2023, opening them overnight as Omniplexes after hasty rebranding.
