Objective: To investigate the relative bioavailability and bioequivalence, in fasting and fed conditions, of repeated doses of two omeprazole enteric-coated formulations in healthy volunteers.

Pull out the plunger from a 60-mL LuerLok syringe and attach an 18-gauge needle. Count out five 20-mg omeprazole capsules and empty the contents into the syringe. Replace the plunger in the syringe.
