ORIGINAL: Oklahoma City Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting near Southwest 17th and Portland. According to police, a call came in around 5:30 a.m. for a possible suicide attempt.

Known as "Block 13," the camp has been there for years, but the city and ODOT are looking to build fences to prevent that — to the tune of almost $1 million.
