Bath's Norland College is doing more than train nannies — it is also awarding them with the social status they need to be hired by high-profile families.

Speaking exclusively to FEMAIL, Principal Dr Janet Rose revealed what it takes to be accepted to the 130-year-old Norland College, in Bath, where the Cambridges' nanny trained.
