The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, at the Seneca Harbor Park in Watkins Glen, with the cardboard boat regatta kicking off at 2 p.m.

Patriotic Fest kicks off Saturday, June 28 at Robbins Lake cardboard boat regatta. Festivities then head to NewBo with an artwork sale, rides, performances and hands-on activities.
