A new funding deal has been secured to support the construction of a major new apartment block in Birmingham city centre.

The new owner of Valley Centre on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills plans to fill the partly vacant center with new local and national retail brands to join current tenants Aldi, Ross and TJ Maxx.
