Thomas “Rusty” Goodman, a U.S. military veteran, was pulled over in Claremore in September as he was flying a Nazi flag from his truck bed, according to an affidavit filed by police.

The man allegedly possessed the Nazi flag, six boxes of ammunition, several guns and numerous other firearm parts. He also had $70,000 in cash.

"On March 31, 2025, at 2:23 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Date Avenue, Cabazon, regarding the complaint of a Nazi flag being flown in the area.
