Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Firefighters in California came to the rescue of a deer found wedged upside down in the narrow space between a house and a garage.

Oakland Fire Department Capt. Brian Kelly told KRON4 that firefighters responded to the area at 11:03 a.m. after receiving a call about a person trapped between two buildings, screaming for help.
