Mariota was shoved out of bounds by Raiders safety Tristin McCollum late in the first half, but it was Quinn who took the brunt of it. Mariota slammed into Quinn, knocking off his coach's headset and sending him to the ground.
Quarterback Marcus Mariota carried the ball to the sideline, attempting to get out of bounds so the Commanders could kick a last-second field goal before halftime. In doing so, Mariota couldn't slow his momentum and ran into Quinn, which resulted in the coach going to the ground.
