The "Mary" movie is No. 1 on the streaming service, reinforcing the interest in the Mother of God. But what does it mean to be "full of grace"? A theology professor and author shared insight.

In many traditional litanies to Mary, she is called Cause of Our Joy, and I love to evoke her by this title, recognizing how deep her joy was as the mother of Jesus and wife of St. Joseph.

It is the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, but we also recognize the Octave of Christmas, the Circumcision of the Lord and the Holy Name of Jesus.
