INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 16-year-old boy arrested for a shooting on Monument Circle that left three people wounded has been charged as an adult and is due in court later this summer.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the intersection of East Washington and North Meridian Streets around 10:40 p.m. on a report of a person shot.
