MARION CO., Ohio ( WCMH) – A Marion County man has been charged with 18 counts of cruelty to animals after authorities found injured and dead horses at his home.
Marion County man arrested on more than a dozen animal cruelty charges
Deputies conducted an investigation of the property and located seven dead horses. They rescued 11 horses and two goats.
