MISSOULA, Mont. — Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks officials are seeing a decline in trout populations due to low stream flows and high water temperatures.
According to FWP, trout in Montana have steadily declined since 2011. Biologists say the study will decide future fishing regulations in response to the trout population.
