Molto Vino wine bar owner Massimiliano Garguilo, 38, of Babylon, spent more than a month and a half creating a brick pizza oven by hand to debut at the Babylon Fall Harvest Festival on Oct. 18, 2014.

The Italian phrase Molto Vino translates to “a lot of wine,” and Carbone plans to deliver on that. Molto Vino will have 24 different wine selections for guests to choose from on wall taps.
