SPRINGDALE, Ohio — A popular Mexican restaurant is moving its original location. Mi Cozumel announced its Springdale location is moving and will reopen at its new location by the end of the year.

Like the Bethlehem restaurant, the Easton location also will operate as a BYOB establishment. "We're going to offer a very comfortable dining experience, just like in Bethlehem," Jose told 69 News.

The space previously housed other dining establishments, including Collins Restaurant, Star City Restaurant and, most recently, Rudy’s Diner Bar & Grill.
