An organizer of Monday night's virtual "Win With Black Men" event said more than 53,000 attendees helped raise more than $1.3 million in four hours for Harris' campaign.

When Harris announced her campaign in July, more than 53,000 Black men joined a virtual event with Win With Black Men and raised $1.3 million in four hours.

Administrators have justified their actions on May 4 by noting the "troubling" appearance of four men with violent histories in the camp. But they won't say who they were.

Black men younger than 30 and older than 65 were the most likely to support Harris at 78% and 87%, respectively. Also, 73% of men ages 30-44 and 76% of men 45-64 supported the vice president.
