HOPEWELL TWP. — A local alloy manufacturing company will set up shop in part of a Hopewell Industrial Park building after recently purchasing it for $3.2 million.

The industrial building at 8 Belden Road was finished in 2007. The property sold to Metcalfe for $3.4 million in late 2009, according to town assessing records.
