Thailand’s Maya Bay located on Koh Phi Phi island is scheduled to close its shores to tourists for four months, from June to September, The Associated Press reported.

As of June 1, bucket list Thailand destination Maya Bay, which appeared in Danny Boyle’s “The Beach,” is blocking its shores to visitors as part of a four-month marine rejeuvination program.
