MAULDIN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Residents are raising concerns after the Mauldin planning commission approved a re-zoning on Tuesday that could bring hundreds of new homes to the area.

Mauldin is exploring the possibility of adding a multi-use path connecting East Butler Road and Corn Road that could become a part of the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
