Forest Hill Police Chief Glynn Dixon was also indicted in connection with the alleged scheme. He resigned from office this afternoon, officials with the Secretary of State’s Office confirmed.

Forest Hill Police Chief Glynn Dixon, indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, six counts of visa fraud, six counts of mail fraud and one count of money laundering.

The accused are Oakdale Police Chief Chad Doyle, Ward 5 Marshal Michael "Freck" Slaney, Forest Hill Police Chief Glynn Dixon, and Tebo Onishea, a former police chief for the city of Glenmora.
