Blackburn with Darwen regeneration boss Maureen Bateson said: “People can now see the first signs of the new town centre rising for the new bus station. More will follow near the cathedral.

It is one of three M routes added to the Blackburn with Darwen borough network under its £5.5million Bus Service Improvement Plan. The ‘M’ services were brought in from Monday December 16.

When will the bus run? It will operate at regular times throughout the day from 6am to 9pm between Blackburn Bus Station and Burnley General Hospital from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
