Faced with corruption charges, Venezuela's opposition leader Manuel Rosales (pictured) will remain in hiding until he can defend himself, his party's president Omar Barboza said on Tuesday.

Manuel Rosales, an opposition member who previously served as the governor of Venezuela's Zulia state, has been granted house arrest by the country's highest court, the Supreme Tribunal of Justice.
