THEY REPORTED FISHING EQUIPMENT WAS LAID OUT LIKE SOMEONE HAD BEEN USING IT. A WITNESS TOLD THEM AS THEY WERE COMING BACK TO SHORE, THEY SAW A MAN GOING OUT ON A BOAT BECAUSE THE STORM WAS MOVING IN.
