Main Street Medina’s Board of Directors consists of 15 directors and four ex-officio non-voting members, all of whom guide the strategic direction and organizational advancement of the non-profit.

The Main Street Board must be composed of individuals whose sole focus is on the city’s best interests, without personal or financial ties that could compromise the organization’s integrity.
