A $140 million project to reconstruct M-14 at Interstate 96 begins Monday and is set to run for two years in Livonia and Plymouth Township, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
Eastbound and westbound M-14 and Interstate 96 will be reconstructed across the I-275 interchange between Sheldon Road in Plymouth Township and Newburgh Road in Livonia in a $130 million project.
