On Oct. 14, the Livingston Town Council passed a resolution that designates the mall as a condemnation area in need of redevelopment – and authorizes the use of eminent domain.

In the last five years, the venue has been a dealer-run mall. Vintage Store Day on May 17 will be celebrated at La Grange Park Antique Mall and over 700 other locations across the country.
