The 1994 flick has spawned two sequels —"The Lion King II: Simba's Pride" in 1998 and "The Lion King 1 1/2" in 2004. Both of these spinoffs are available to stream on Disney+.

Now that “Mufasa: The Lion King” is part of the Disney+ library, both young actors hope audiences will take their time appreciating the film’s deeper themes and hidden details.

Two of them will be themed around the 1994 Lion King movie and 2009’s Up, with both getting their first big theme park attractions to celebrate their respective 30th and 15th anniversaries in 2024.
