One of my issues with several Linux email clients is outdated UI. But it doesn't end with looking more like early 2000s software; some of those clients have a UI that's too busy to be efficient.
That leaves one option among the more popular email clients, which I haven't considered for some time: Evolution. Evolution is to Linux as Outlook used to be to Windows.
