The Biloxi City Council had the chance to adopt a resolution to confirm the clinic was in compliance with its conditional permit at Tuesday’s meeting, but was tabled after a 4-2 vote.

The council spent nearly an hour debating this issue before voting 8-4 to send the resolution banning conversion therapy in the city back to the Policy and Protection Committee for further review.
