Leslie Hernandez, a 23-year-old, was apprehended on charges of felony DUI and several other offenses. Hernandez is currently held in Santa Barbara County Jail with bail set at $100,000.

According to the Leslie Police Department, a 14-year-old boy had touched a wire with a metal rod, resulting in a shock. A 15-year-old boy tried to help the other teen, but was also electrocuted.
