The Frito-Lay voluntary recall on a limited number of Lay's Classic potato chips due to an undeclared allergen has been updated by the FDA to Class 1.
Last month, we reported Lays potato chips are on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recall list. The classic brand of chips was recalled for potential or undeclared milk allergen.
This includes 13-ounce bags of Lay’s Classic Party Size Potato Chips with UPC 028400310413, “Guaranteed Fresh” date of 18 Jul 2023, and code 766310622.
