Larimer County health officials have confirmed a human case of tularemia, a rare but potentially serious bacterial infection found in wildlife, particularly rabbits and rodents.

Watson Lake was temporarily closed Sunday as crews worked to recover the body, which has not been publicly identified by the Larimer County Coroner’s Office, sheriff’s officials said.
