If you think 100 years seems like a stretch, think again. Olsen is the owner of a business that hasn't been seen on Lake Minnetonka in more than a century – a hotel on the lakefront.

The Shoreline Hotel opened on May 1 on Lake Minnetonka, in Spring Park, Minnesota. It has 27 rooms, a 32-slip marina, and a restaurant. It is the first hotel to open here in a century.
