LaFontaine Automotive Group is the 30th largest dealer group in the U.S., now representing 58 auto franchises across 42 locations, all located in Michigan. The Group employs nearly 3,000 people.

LaFontaine will initially open two Mitsubishi Motors locations, one in Ann Arbor and one in Lansing, with the intention to open additional facilities across the state by mid-2026.

The new dealerships would be LaFontaine Mitsubishi locations, part of the auto chain, which operates 58 auto franchises in 42 locations, all in Michigan, according to the company's statement.
