LG 27GR95UM Mini LED monitor unveiled; offers 4K, 160Hz, 1560-zone backlight, HDR1000, 99.5% DCI-P3, 1ms GTG, ATW tech. Priced at 9999 yuan ($1,395).

OLED maxes out at around 600 nits, depending on the display, while high-end LED-backlit displays, like the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 Mini LED monitor, can hit 2,000 nits.

That's the same price as LG's just-announced 27-inch UltraGear OLED monitor (which isn't available to buy just yet). While expensive, there's a lot to like about the Odyssey Neo G8.
