Cedar Point, a theme park in Sandusky, Ohio, is set to open "Siren's Curse," its 19th roller coaster, in 2025. The ride will be the longest and fastest of its kind in North America.
Cedar Point has more roller coasters — 19 — and some of them are faster than its sister park in Southwest Ohio. Millennium Force, another giga coaster, hits a top speed of 93 mph.
Top Thrill 2, which is the tallest ride at Cedar Point, is an overhaul of the original Top Thrill Dragster. The enhanced attraction features three high-speed launches between two 420-foot tall towers.
This weekend, Sandusky amusement park Cedar Point will open for the 2025 season. From 10 a.m.-8 p.m. May 3, guests will be able to enjoy the park’s large lineup of rides, including Top Thrill 2.
