KLM will fly its Amsterdam-Las Vegas flights on its Boeing 787-9 “Dreamliners.” The planes seat 294 passengers, including 30 in business class.

Sunday marked the very first arrival of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ nonstop flight from Amsterdam. With this landing, Portland is now officially the airline’s 21st North American direct destination.

WestJet passengers will also be able to transfer to KLM flights from AMS to Brussels, Helsinki, Finland, and Prague. WestJet last served AMS in early 2023 from Calgary using a 787-9.
