"I’m begging for strangers or anyone who knows the killer or killers to please come forward," said Sandra Malibu Sweeney, Evan Clark's mother, in a statement to The Arizona Republic on June 23.

Evan and Pandora were both students at Arcadia High School. Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies said the teens, found dead on May 27, died of gunshot wounds, but the investigation remained ongoing.
