MINNEAPOLIS — Every team that guard Kia Nurse has joined felt like an opportunity to plant roots and finally get some continuity. But the Sky are her fifth team in seven WNBA seasons.

Prior to the WNBA, Nurse starred at UConn, where she was a two-time NCAA champion and averaged 13.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game as a senior.
