Kenny Chesney reflected on a childhood memory that led to him pursuing a country music career while announcing his upcoming induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Kenny Chesney, 56, is among the newest members named to the Hall of Fame in downtown Nashville. The Knoxville native will be formally inducted later this year along with June Carter Cash and Tony Brown. Last year's class was inducted in a "Medallion Ceremony" in October.
