Julian Maldonado, 31, of Scranton, was arrested on Wednesday after a complaint was made against him. The victim, a child, was taken to the Children's Advocacy Center, where they disclosed the abuse.

Julian Maldonado, 31, of Filmore St., allegedly abused a child under 13 years old. The child disclosed the alleged abuse to someone at the Children’s Advocacy Center on Sept. 3, police said.
