The Butler County Sheriff Mark Dobbs said a body of a Hispanic male was found on September 7, around 8 p.m. along County Road 611, several miles southeast of Poplar Bluff.

Rep. Mike Kelly, who is a Butler native, was at the rally and is the head of a Trump shooting task force. Channel 11 reached out to the representative about the release of the videos.
