A truck driver who was checking on the occupants of a vehicle that rear-ended him was hit Monday by an East Stroudsburg driver on I-81.

Drivers should expect Interstate 81 in Cicero to be reduced to two lanes of traffic both southbound and northbound from Tuesday through November, according to the state Department of Transportation.
