M ore than 100,000 ice-cream bars made by Florida-based company Rich’s Ice Cream Co. have been recalled following concerns of a possible listeria monocytogenes contamination. The notice was published by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on July 17. The recall affects lot numbers 24351 through 25156 and spans 23 states.
