NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — With hurricane season upon us, a new original play called “Hurricane Party” is making its weekend debut in New Orleans following a sold-out run in Hollywood.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- With Hurricane Matthew out at sea and aimed well north of this city known for parties, a big one broke out Thursday across the street from waves churned up by the storm.

And up until Irma crashed the 50th birthday party for Healey's friend David, they were enjoying Puerto Rico from the scenery to the tequila. Now it's turned into a hurricane party.
