With 19 different brands, IHG One Rewards members have many hotel experiences to choose from. Two of the most well-known brands are the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

Holiday Inn hotels are a part of IHG, a massive hotel chain with more than 6,000 properties worldwide. Along with Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels, there are 17 additional IHG brands.

Stella Koleva, general manager of Holiday Inn Express, said the site would become a Holiday Inn Express. After renovations are done, the new hotel will include 136 rooms with contemporary designs.
