The homes, which were printed in Casa Grande, range from 1,400 to 1,900 square feet, and the home's builder say they are built to withstand Arizona's extreme heat even better than a traditional home.

The median income in Kingman is $56,360, which is much lower than that of other cities in Arizona. The low median income means that most residents cannot afford expensive houses.

The new community called Rancho Mirage will have 123 new homes with a range of floor plans. One home, measuring 1,593 square feet, starts at $319,000; another one starts at $339,000.
