The Holiday Inn Express SW I-94 Medical Center at 4711 19th Ave S., was purchased from Brandt Holdings Group. It will be managed by S&L Hospitality, EPIC said in a news release.

Placer County is reviewing plans for a Holiday Inn Express outside Auburn that would be only the second new hotel in that area in the last decade.
