PORTLAND, Ore. — A man in Salem was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly brandishing a shotgun at a Hispanic family while they waited for a tow truck, Salem police said.
Judy Kline, 55, pleaded guilty to interfering with the housing rights of a St. Louis family, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Sayler Fleming.
